dabco pt303 is a strong foaming, low odor tertiary amine catalyst with properties similar to, but much lower odor than, polycat 5 that strongly catalyzes the urea (water-isocyanate) reaction;
dabco pt303 can be used in different types of rigid foams, especially rigid spray foams;
the dosage of dabco pt303 can be adjusted according to the formulation, actual application and requirements;
dabco pt303 can be used in spray foam in combination with dabco pt302 and dabco pt304.

dabco pt303 catalyst is a highly efficient polyurethane tertiary amine complex that strongly catalyzes the urea (water-isocyanate) reaction in rigid spray polyurethane foams, resulting in a significant increase in foaming reaction time. dabco pt303 catalyst contains isocyanate reactive groups that chemically bind to the polyurethane foam matrix, thereby reducing the odor of the spray foam.
